Ford Mustang Shows Off Its Updated Face in Chicago

Last week, the Chicago Auto Show stole the attention of the automotive world. As always, Ford positioned themselves front and center with the launch of an updated version of the Mustang. With some visual tweaks and new interior fittings, not to mention a few other upgrades, it’s sure to make the world’s most popular sports car even more so.

First on the docket is what the Mustang no longer has. Sadly, the V6 engine option is being discontinued for 2018, although the four-cylinder will receive an upgrade, and the V8 isn’t going anywhere. On the looks end of things, Ford has dropped the nose of the Mustang by several inches for a more aerodynamic look. The interior has a few new additions, such as an optional 12-inch instrument cluster, among other features that can be learned in the clip above.
